You may have to look hard, but there were a few positive things to take away from Utah State’s dominating win over the Broncos Friday night. I came up with a top ten:

10. Boise State had their ego bruised, but at least nobody was punched in the groin!
9. Let’s not forget that Boise State actually led the game 3-0 and did win the coin toss.
8. The Broncos got their yearly quota of turnovers out of the way in just one game!
7. Bronco fans weren’t compelled to leave after halftime because they were already home.
6. We don’t have to look at annoying selfies and bad cell phone video of the Aggies celebration in our Facebook feed.
5. The game was on a Friday meaning you have the whole weekend to recover and do whatever you want.
4. BSU doesn’t play more any Utah teams.
3. You can free up space on your DVR for more episodes of “Drunk History” by deleting the game.
2. Boise state was trending on Twitter, not only in the United States, but in third world countries as well.
1. Opposing fans don’t rush the field unless there is a reason. Boise State’s dominance in recent years was that reason.
